WARMUP - Warm-ups are as essential to a training session as the main session itself. Including a warm-up at the beginning of each training session is increases body temperature, raises your heart rate and prepares the muscles ready for exercise. We ensure every time you attend a training session you are warmed up and ready to start each session correctly.
PRE-EXERCISE STRETCHES - Stretching before each training session is massively important as it keeps your muscles supple, increases the range of motion of your joints and enhances your flexibility. Stretching also improves coordination, and increases both body temperature and blood flow to muscles aiding in the prevention of injuries.
The Cardiovascular elements of the training sessions increase the amount of calories you burn on a daily basis significantly. When performed on a regular basis you will increase lean muscle and decrease your body fat percentage. Guaranteeing an improvement in your fitness levels and strength.
The Core Stability element of each training session will strengthen the muscle groups which control your everyday movements. And enable your body to deal with stresses of weight-bearing exercises, protecting you from back injuries in the future.
The Resistance element of each training session will tone and strengthen your muscles and improve your body’s definition. In order to keep the program fresh, vibrant and exciting we make sure every training session over your 12 week program is different, ensuring you stay motivated and increase your chances of success.
We help you determine your goals and a date you want to reach them. By doing this you dramatically increase your chances of success. It also allows you to see the task at hand and break your big goal down into monthly, weekly and daily goals, making it easier for you to stay focused one day at a time.
We provide you with practical nutritional guidance and support you need, to ensure you are eating the correct foods to fuel your body whilst your on the program. Making you more aware of your current lifestyle and daily eating habits, and allowing you to make the changes you need to ensure your get the best results.
We provide you with Monthly Measurement sheets to take 10 different body measurements every 4 weeks, both you and your coach will be able to track progress to ensure you’re moving in the right direction.
We provide you with a weekly accountability program designed to keep you focused on a daily basis, ensuring you are doing what needs to be done to get to the magic day when you hit your goal.
