I began the P-10 Elite Performance Program because I wanted to achieve the maximum possible return on my time and energy spent at the gym; the results have exceeded my expectations.
In The first 12 weeks I saw a massive increase in my fitness in terms of intensity and endurance of exercise I was able to do, significantly greater than that of any gym regime I have tried in the past.
I am now on the using all elements of the program which combines advice on nutrition and exercise with weekly accountability to work towards a set of quite ambitious goals. In the first 4 weeks, I have seen a reduction of 12 inches across 9 body-area measurements.
The secret of the programme’s success is most certainly the dedication, enthusiasm and skill of the P10 team. Simon’s inspirational and motivational approach to personal development, coupled with relentless encouragement, and underpinned by a wealth of fitness knowledge, make it difficult not to stay on track!

For as long as I can remember, I’ve never been totally comfortable with myself and the thought of going to a mixed sex gym filled me with dread! I joined Lifestyles just a few months before Perfect 10 – I would try to go 3 times a week, but it would be more like once or twice. It was so easy to talk myself out of it or make excuses as I had nobody to answer to.
When I met Simon, he explained how the P-10 Elite Performance programme worked and straight away I was intrigued – could this really work for me? The first session came and the group was surprisingly mixed, everybody had their own personal reason for being there – some to lose weight, some to tone up and some just to get fit. I wanted all three!
The sessions were tough, every single one of them, but as you’re doing them with a small group of people who have become friends, the fun and banter really keeps you going. You find yourself not wanting to miss a session because you don’t want to let the group down or you’re worried that you won’t fit in your three for the week. I never thought I would be worried about missing a session in the gym, but I am!
Now that the programme is drawing to an end, I can definitely notice a difference – not only do I feel more confident in myself but I am looking at things in a more positive light. This isn’t just a flash in the pan for me; I am actually changing the way I live and loving every minute of it!

I started the P-10 Elite Performance Program as I wanted something more structured to help me get fitter. I have never been able to see real results when I have exercised before.
Through the training sessions I have learned how to exercise and stay fitter the correct way and how to have fun doing it. Since I have been on the program my energy levels and strength have increased and I have more of a buzz about myself.
I have met some great people who have become good friends. I am so pleased I've met Simon and chose to start the P-10 program. In short…The P-10 is the best Woohoo!!!!!

I want to say a big thank you to Simon and his team for getting me motivated and enjoying exercise for the first time in my life.
Although initially the training sessions were hard work and I wasn't sure I could stick with it, I soon found myself looking forward to the sessions and my body quickly adjusted to the new regime.
I feel physically and mentally fitter than I have for a long time and much to my surprise I am continuing to exercise on a regular basis and actually relish the prospect of new challenges. I now know the value of good diet and exercise and the difference that makes to my day to day life.
I cannot recommend the Perfect 10 Course highly enough. Thanks Simon and Chris.

Before joining the perfect 10 I had no motivation no goals and no enthusiasm, all I did was sit and moan about how unfit and overweight I was (Whilst eating crisps and drinking beer) Out of the blue I happened to be in Lifestyles visiting my daughter who is a fitness instructor (and who was never able to encourage me to take up exercise) and there was my fitness “SAVIOUR” Simon Lannon
After speaking to Simon for just 5 minutes I was hooked his enthusiasm motivation and dedication was magnetic and I joined up to the program, you can imagine the comments from friends and especially my fitness instructor daughter about how this was yet another money wasting idea of mine. Oh how I proved them all wrong. For the first time in my life I was committed, although it was still a struggle getting to the gym the feeling that I had when I came out of the gym was indescribable.
The sessions were great and varied which helped to motivate, the people I met were great and all at different fitness levels, and we were all supportive of one another and encouraged each other. We worked hard and laughed as hard as we worked but at all times remaining focused (well we had to be Simon was watching) I was the oldest on the course but although I moaned (and boy did I moan) I didn’t feel the age gaps at all (I brought it up regularly to try and get out of doing a difficult exercise, but Simon was having none of it)
Simon was amazing, his encouragement and support were what kept me going, this was the first time I had ever committed and finished anything to do with exercise.
I could not recommend this programme enough if I can do it anyone of any age or fitness levels can, the support and encouragement you get will amaze you and keep you going back for more.

I joined the P-10 Program for a number of reasons, mainly weight loss, but have seen so many benefits since I started. For a start, I'm still going and still enjoying it! I have seen some great results, including a 5inch loss of my waist in the first 12 weeks. I enjoyed it so much I have signed up for another 12 week program.
Simon & Chris motivate you so much, and the sessions are really enjoyable. I would never push myself as hard as Simon pushes me! It’s funny to watch people who come into the gym and sit happily on the bikes, not breaking a sweat! I used to be like that and now I look like I have been in the sauna when I leave the gym!!
If you need a bit of a kick to stick to a regular routine then the P-10 is for you, If you don’t come to the sessions, Simon wants to know why! It’s easier to go than to come up with excuses!!!

Simon Lannon’s P-10 Elite Performance Coaching Program really works for me as I’d never make myself work that hard, no matter how much good intention I had! It also encouraged me to go to the gym as Simon's expecting good attendance!
There is such a wide variety of people, i never feel self conscious and Simon adapts the sessions so I can work out at my own level. Each session is different so I’m never bored and never know what to expect.
I have lost 16 lbs so far in my 1st month (combined with healthy eating) and hope to lose much more with the new nutrition and motivation plan that’s been introduced. I feel loads fitter already!

Everone is really friendly and welcoming, and Simon's expectations definately encourage me to attend the sessions. Each session is varied and interesting so you never get bored and you never know whats coming!

I joined P-10 because I needed some motivation to get myself going again, and I want to lose weight and tone up, and get fit. I am getting back into swimming, and my goal is to compete for the world masters.
I've only been going to P-10 for a week, but so far I'm loving it, feeling better in myself for going.Each session is different, so you never get bored, all levels of fitness are catered for, and Si and Chris are there to push you when you think you can't do any more.

Why did I join the P-10 program? I had always been fairly active, enjoyed playing sports and was on and off the gym although I had always struggled with finding a workout that I really was passionate about. The P-10 was it. I can say what brought me to the program was the genuine look of excitement and the feeling of compassion with the people he trains, this is what I saw in Simon, when he spoke about his program. I could feel that the program had good things to come. In all honesty, Simon and Chris have gone far beyond the call of duty: offering words of encouragement, guidance and it creates a feeling of loyalty to the program. If you miss a session they want to know where you are and put you back on the right track with support and praise through the likes of a friendly text message.
I wanted to trim down in weight, lose some inches and do something that is interesting and never that ‘old same routine’ in the gym. As Chris and Simon do put an enormous amount of effort in varying the activities and making sure your body is getting the best workout. It’s amusing, looking around the gym at people who are plodding along at their own pace and when you compare it to the workout you get given under the guidance of the program it really does not compare. I can safely say this, because I can truly say that I feel stronger, fitter and more flexible than ever. The program no doubt caters for a full body intensive workout that from experience people who work out on their own really do neglect, partly due to ignorance partly due to not having someone push you that extra mile and offer you motivation when you need it the most.
Take my word for it, there is (and will not be) not a single disappointed member of the P-10 program because Chris and Simon really are enthusiastic about their work and nothing brings them more enjoyment then seeing people achieve what they thought was the impossible.
